New generation of autoclaves: Systec DX series and Systec VX series - innovation, connectivity and efficiency redefined
Systec GmbH & Co KG will be presenting its latest innovations in the field of autoclaves and laboratory solutions atAnalytica 2026 in Munich fromMarch 24-27, 2026. InHall B1, Stand 502, Systec will be presenting the Next Generation autoclaves - the newSystec DX and Systec VX series - as well as solutions for networked, efficient and regulatory safe sterilization processes.
With the new generation, Systec is setting new standards in terms of ease of use, process reliability, energy efficiency and connectivity. The autoclaves feature a completely new touch display control, a revised interior and a modern, functional design. As a result, they combine maximum technical performance with intuitive operability and ergonomic design.
The pressure vessels are made of corrosion-resistant pharmaceutical stainless steel and are designed for 4 bar / 140 °C as standard, optionally up to 5 bar / 150 °C.
Next Generation Systec autoclaves - more efficiency, more safety, more connectivity
The new Systec autoclaves offer numerous technical innovations:
- Energy and resource-saving technologies to reduce electricity and water consumption
- Significantly shorter process times for maximum laboratory efficiency
- USB, Ethernet and optional WLAN interfaces for complete networking
- Export of documentation data in PDF and CSV format
- Internal memory for at least 10 years of process data
The systems meet the essential regulatory requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and other pharmaceutical regulations. Digital signatures, audit trail, tamper-proof documentation and user management ensure complete traceability of all sterilization processes.

All Systec autoclaves are based on a modular, future-proof system concept. Functions and equipment can be retrofitted at any time if requirements change. This means that the systems always offer the optimum solution, even in the long term, and ensure a high level of investment and future security.
All autoclaves can be modularly expanded and retrofitted, e.g. with
- Vacuum systems for porous solids and waste
- Radial fan for accelerated heat transfer
- Ultracooler to drastically reduce the recooling time
- Superdry for maximum drying efficiency
- Exhaust air filtration with 0.2 µm sterile air filter for hazardous biological substances
