Automatic demineralized water supply and drain
The system automatically feeds demineralized water for steam generation and automatically drains the water at the end of the process. This ensures safe, efficient and low-maintenance operation.
Minimum residual volume after filling
The system is designed in such a way that only a very small residual volume remains after dispensing sterilized media. This minimizes material losses and increases the efficiency of the process.
Safe additive port
Liquids can be added sterilely and precisely after sterilization via the additive port - from bottles or syringes.

Keeps agar-containing solutions constantly warm to prevent solidification and enable immediate further processing.
The filling nozzle can be opened for sterile removal of the medium from the media preparator. A silicone tube is connected to the filling nozzle using a filling lance. To ensure sterile removal of the medium,the filling lance and silicone tubemustbe pre-sterilized in an autoclave.
Filling can be carried outeither via asterile-filtered air pressure built upwith theintegrated compressor usingthe Systec Mediapump or by connecting any peristaltic pump or a device with an integrated pump.
