Qualification & validation

As part of our quality assurance, we support you in the preparation of documentation in accordance with GMP requirements.

  • DQ - Design Qualification:Definition of the requirements for the device in terms of installation and process technology
  • IQ - Installation Qualification:The autoclave was manufactured and installed according to the definitions in the design specification
  • OQ - Operation Qualification:The autoclave functions as defined in the design specification
  • PQ - Performance Qualification:The sterilization process permanently sterilizes the product according to predefined specifications
Customised autoclaves for highly specific laboratory requirements

Special solutions for special requirements

Some applications require more than standard solutions. That's why we offer supplementary equipment and programs - for example, for the food industry for sterilizing liquids in sealed containers. Customized designs are also part of our service, including:

  • Autoclaves arranged side by side as a double system in one housing
  • Devices for waste water sterilization (function according to the flow-through principle with integrated stirring system and particularly powerful heating elements)
  • Devices for sterilizing hand washing water
  • Programs for endurance tests of up to 99 days, for example for:
    - The generation of steam and heat
    - The generation of pressure and heat
    - Heating and cooling in repetitive cycles

Quality that is tested

Before a device leaves the factory, every component is carefully checked and every autoclave is tested in all its functions. Each product then receives an acceptance certificate. Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001, our environmental management to ISO 14001.

Systec training courses: technical training courses on autoclaves, media preparators and sterilisation processes

Training & education

In regular courses at the Osnabrück site, we offer technical training on autoclaves, media preparators and sterilization processes. The training courses are aimed at technicians from partner companies. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate.
