Autoclaves Possible applications
In order to achieve reliable and reproducibly validated results, each process must be precisely matched to the sterilization item. For liquids in particular, factors such as temperature distribution, venting and recooling time play a decisive role.
For research & teaching
For production companies
In academic and public laboratories, safety and suitability for everyday use are the most important factors. The appliances are easy to operate, work precisely and reliably - ideal for routine work, practical courses and research projects. Automatic programs, fast heat-up times and secure locking systems ensure smooth processes in everyday laboratory work.
In growing laboratories and production environments, every detail counts. Systec autoclaves support GMP-compliant processes, offer valid documentation and are scalable. All steps - from media preparation to waste sterilization - can be precisely controlled, tracked and reproduced.
Flexible systems for different requirements
Not every sterilization item has the same requirements. Different programs and cooling methods are used depending on whether liquids, solids or waste are involved. Systec autoclaves can be configured to offer the optimum combination of ventilation, cooling and drying.
Our team will be happy to assist you with the configuration and give you an individual recommendation. The following overview shows which sterilization processes are suitable for different materials.

Efficient sterilization of liquids
Sterilization of solids
Sterilization of waste in pouches
Sterilization of biohazardous substances
Systec autoclaves can be equipped with exhaust air filtration for the sterilization of biohazardous substances. A PTFE filter cartridge (0.2 µm) is automatically sterilized inline during each process. At the same time, the condensate in the pressure vessel is safely sterilized so that no germs or hazardous substances are released into the environment - for maximum safety during every sterilization process.
