The answer is simple. We produce exactly two things: laboratory autoclaves and devices for optimal sterilization and handling of culture media.
A little side fact: our products are used in research facilities, universities and laboratories all over the world.

We have been recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as a top training company. This recognition stands for what is important to us: training that imparts knowledge, provides security and opens up prospects. This is why we also work closely with schools in the region, offer internships and are regularly represented at training fairs. We currently have around 21 trainees in various professions.

Training at Systec Apprenticeship opportunities
- Content and process: This exciting apprenticeship includes in particular the selection of cables and the connection of our autoclaves using various connection techniques. You will learn how to electrically test the devices and gain knowledge of maintenance and servicing. During your training, you will gain an insight into the work of our development department in the development of new appliances. Even as an apprentice, you will be actively involved in the production of our autoclaves. You will pass through the production, service, test station, electrical preparation, development and cable assembly departments, giving you a comprehensive overview of the professional field of an electronics technician for devices and systems.
- Duration of training: 3.5 years

Mathematics and physics - Depending on the school-leaving certificate obtained, the training can be shortened by up to 12 months

- Content and process: This exciting apprenticeship includes the maintenance and repair of production machines. To ensure that all machines work independently and flawlessly, they must be checked for faults and malfunctions must be rectified. Materials and spare parts are required for repairs, which must either be manufactured or ordered.
- Duration of training: 42 months
- Field of application in mechanical and plant engineering

- Content and process: Production mechanics mainly work in the assembly/production of industrial series products. - Training takes place in the field of metal technology.
- Insight and cooperation in production according to defined internal flow charts

- Requirements: a high school diploma with good knowledge of mathematics and physics
- Final exams part 1 and part 2 are taken at the IHK

- Content and process: Warehouse logistics specialists work in a hands-on and process-oriented manner in the logistics area and in scheduling. They receive and unload goods by operating transportation equipment and warehouse management systems. After recording the goods, they store them properly. Another important task of warehouse logistics specialists is to regularly check stock levels and assemble goods for onward transportation.
