Analyzing, questioning and constantly improving: Systec GmbH & Co. KG has been working particularly hard on this over the past few months when it came to proving its outstanding training quality. The efforts have paid off, as Systec GmbH & Co. KG has now been awarded the "IHK TOP training company" seal. Hans-Jürgen Falkenstein, Deputy Managing Director of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, presented the certificate to Helmut Winkelmann, Managing Director of Systec GmbH & Co KG, in Osnabrück. "With the 'IHK TOP Training Company' quality seal, we want to highlight companies that provide exemplary quality training. The certificate is a great signal to school leavers, parents and teachers: at Systec GmbH & Co. KG, potential trainees can be sure that they will receive top training," emphasized Falkenstein.

In order to track down the best training companies, the IHK has designed a multi-stage process that allows an in-depth analysis and evaluation of training practice in the companies. Based on an extensive questionnaire and comprehensive advice from the IHK training consultants, the final step is the actual audit in the company.
"In each audit, the auditors' systematic scrutiny provides the companies with new information and insights for further improving their training," Falkenstein continued. "As an innovative and quality-oriented company, we need the best and most committed employees. It is therefore a key concern for us to provide the best possible training," said Winkelmann, who was delighted to receive the certificate.

Interested companies can contact the IHK for more information on the "TOP training company" certificate. Since the first award in December 2015, 33 companies have already been recognized as "IHK TOP Training Company". The certified training companies are listed by name at www.osnabrueck.ihk24.de (No. 2994072).
