Internal Service Technician (m/f/d) // Technical Hotline
Your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers when recording faults by telephone and e-mail
- When reporting faults, you will carry out a technical analysis and develop initial solutions
- You will carry out troubleshooting by telephone and via remote diagnostic tools together with the employees in the field service department, in particular helping new colleagues or with particularly tricky faults
- You document the service cases in the ERP system
Your qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training with experience in the technical field, preferably with further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
- You are interested in familiarizing yourself with steam sterilization processes
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy making phone calls

Your activities:
- Fault analysis and repair, maintenance and servicing of electrotechnically and mechanically sophisticated autoclaves (steam sterilizers)
- Commissioning the autoclaves at our customers' premises and instructing the specialist staff
- You will carry out 1-2 customer visits per day, the route planning is carried out together with our dispatchers in the service office in Osnabrück
- You will complete all tours on your own after extensive training, our autoclaves are on castors and are easy to handle
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician or motor vehicle mechatronics technician, possibly with further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
- Very good knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics and mechanics as well as expandable knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and IT
- Initial professional experience as a customer service fitter / service technician desirable, motivated career starters will also be given a chance
- You enjoy driving and have a valid class B driver's license
