Peristaltic pump: dosing, diluting and dispensing
The programmable Systec Mediapump peristaltic pump / peristaltic pump for manual or automated dosing of liquid media is now available in a new and improved design. The electronically controlled peristaltic pump impresses with its practical functionality and high level of user-friendliness. The dosing volume is adjustable from 0.1 ml - 99999.9 ml. The system works with an accuracy of ± 0.5 % and ensures reproducible results thanks to automatic calibration. In addition to simple manual filling, further individually parameterizable programs are available.
A solid precision roller mechanism ensures the highest possible dosing accuracy, even at high delivery rates of 3000 ml/min. The special roller head ensures a continuous flow of liquid with minimal pulsation. The peristaltic pump is also particularly suitable for filling hot and viscous media into Petri dishes.
Thanks to its sophisticated design, the peristaltic pump can also be used as part of automated processes. High flexibility is achieved through the possibility of programming and reproducible use of different tubing sets. A new type of tubing bed mechanism makes it easier to change the tubing sets. All functions are clearly displayed on the peristaltic pump's touchscreen together with the permanent display of the various parameters. The peristaltic pump's touchscreen offers a choice of different languages and color displays.
