Technology Feature Short process times thanks to powerful heating and cooling system

The Systec Mediaprep is designed for short overall process times. Powerful heating elements ensure rapid heating, while cooling is targeted and controlled.

Recooling takes place via water circulation on the outer walls of the media container. The cooling water is tempered via a heat exchanger. In this way, the medium is quickly brought to the desired filling temperature.

An integrated compressor generates a sterile-filtered support pressure during the cooling phase, which reliably prevents foaming or boiling over. Depending on the size of the appliance and the quantity of medium, the total batch time is approx. 60-120 minutes.
