Values & responsibility Human rights policy
We act at all times in accordance with internationally recognized ethical and human rights standards.
Principles
- Ensuring fair employment and remuneration for our employees, taking into account the current legal situation.
- Strict compliance with the minimum wage.
- Compliance with human rights and strict rejection of any kind of forced, slave or child labor.
-
Promoting open communication in which ideas, concerns and problems can be expressed appropriately.
- Strict rejection of any kind of discrimination based on origin, gender, age, religion, physical/mental impairment.
- Promoting a safe and healthy working environment in which the risk of injury is minimized.
- Access to occupational health care.
Furthermore, it goes without saying that our employees act within the framework of the law and are committed to moral principles.
Even the violation of the law by a single team member can cause considerable damage to our company's reputation. Other aspects that are taken into account in this context are
- Antitrust law: Agreements (between competitors) to prevent or restrict competition are prohibited.
- Corruption: All employees are obliged to inform their line manager if a business partner or public official offers or demands a material advantage. Gifts and invitations may therefore only be granted or accepted if they are a gesture of courtesy in line with general business practices and if they cannot be used to influence business decisions or official acts.
