For solids and porous materials such as glassware, pipette tips, filters or textiles, all air must be removed before sterilization. This is the only way the steam can penetrate all areas. The Superdry system is also available for applications in which the items to be sterilized are to be removed dry. This combination ensures validatable results, uniform steam penetration and short process times.

Vacuum device

The device is used to vent the sterilization load so that the steam can penetrate evenly. It works with a fractionated pre-vacuum in combination with the integrated steam generator. This means that even materials that are difficult to penetrate can be sterilized reliably and validated.

Superdry: Fast and even drying

In conjunction with the vacuum device, the optional Superdry system significantly accelerates the drying of solids and porous materials. It uses the integrated steam generator to transfer heat to the external sterile chamber heater. Post-drying in the drying cabinet is not necessary.
