Digital process monitoring and documentation for Systec autoclaves – Greater clarity, less effort in everyday laboratory work.

With Systec Connect DS, Systec offers a digital solution for monitoring and documenting sterilization processes. The web-based documentation system enables centralized, real-time monitoring of Systec autoclaves and convenient access to relevant process and device data via a web browser.

A particularly attractive feature for users: Systec Connect DS can be tested for 100 sterilization cycles free of charge. This allows laboratories to familiarize themselves with the solution directly in their own work environment and test, under real-world conditions, how digital process monitoring can support daily operations.

Users can utilize the system’s key functions directly in their own laboratory. These include live monitoring of the autoclaves, a centralized device overview, access to process and error logs, and the display of relevant device information. This allows users to immediately see the added value that a centralized digital overview offers for their own workflows—without having to purchase a paid option right away.

Easy access without additional software

Systec Connect DS is designed for seamless integration into everyday laboratory operations. The feature is already built into appropriately equipped Systec autoclaves and can be used via the existing network environment. No additional software installation is required for browser-based access.

This means you can get started with Systec Connect DS in just a few steps, without having to make any major changes to your existing lab environment.

A central overview of all networked autoclaves

Systec Connect DS provides a centralized overview of the connected Systec autoclaves. Users can monitor the current device status and running processes directly through their browser.

Live monitoring provides a quick overview of the devices’ current status. Color-coded status indicators make it easier to navigate and display relevant information at a glance. This can help reduce the need for inspection rounds and improve oversight of ongoing sterilization processes, especially when multiple autoclaves are in use. In addition to the current device status, users can access process data, the process log, the error log, and other device information.

Systec Connect DS operates as a read-only system. Process data can be viewed and monitored, but cannot be modified through the system.

Digital documentation and transparent processes

The digital provision of process information supports clear and traceable documentation of sterilization processes.

Systec autoclaves already feature internal memory for storing process data. Depending on the configuration, data can also be exported electronically—for example, as PDF or CSV files—via USB or the network.

Systec Connect DS complements these capabilities by providing centralized and convenient access to information from networked devices. This ensures that relevant data is available where it is needed in the lab—directly at the workstation or on the go via compatible devices.

Free mobile access with the Systec Connect app

In addition to Systec Connect DS, Systec offers the Systec Connect app free of charge for iOS and Android.

The app enables mobile access to the Systec Connect environment. It can detect autoclaves on the network and open the appropriate user interface directly. This allows users to conveniently access information from their devices via a smartphone or tablet.
The Systec Connect app remains available free of charge and is not limited to the 100 free sterilization cycles offered by Systec Connect DS.

For modern, networked laboratory environments

Systec Connect DS is compatible with the Systec DX-Series, Systec VX-Series, and Systec HX-Series. In addition to a wired Ethernet connection, a Wi-Fi connection can also be used if the equipment supports it.

Additional options are available for more advanced requirements. These include, for example, “Save-to-Folder” for automatic data export. Via an OPC UA interface, Systec autoclaves can also be integrated into external software systems such as LIMS or SCADA.

For applications with advanced requirements for electronic documentation and traceability, Advanced 21 CFR Part 11 is also available. This option includes, among other features, an audit trail, electronic signatures, and advanced user accounts. This allows the digital connectivity of Systec autoclaves to be adapted to various requirements and existing laboratory structures.

Once the 100 free sterilization cycles have been used, the free trial period for Systec Connect DS ends. Please feel free to contact us to continue using Systec Connect DS.
