With the new Systec Connect Documentation System (DS), all autoclaving processes can be monitored intuitively in real time during operation. This means no more visits to the device and a better overview of current and past processes. The system does not require any special hardware or software, which means it can be quickly integrated into existing systems, where it can increase the time efficiency of all autoclaving processes.
Larger laboratories often work with a large number of autoclaves. These devices running in parallel must be monitored so that error messages can be detected in good time and the next batch can be introduced into the autoclave promptly after the process has been completed. With the new Systec Connect DS for the Systec HX series autoclaves, regular inspections of each individual autoclave during operation are no longer necessary.
All information is collected via the Systec Connect DS and can be read out intuitively and conveniently. This saves time and makes irregularities immediately recognizable - the perfect combination for less downtime between autoclaving processes. All important information is displayed, from the type of program running to the current process time. An overview with colored highlights ensures that successful runs (green), messages (yellow) and errors (red) for all compatible devices in the network can be identified at a glance. This means there is no need to wait until the next inspection to become aware of errors and intervene.
In addition, information on older autoclaving processes can also be called up, including useful statistics on maximum and minimum measured values, F0 values, etc. This not only enables efficient monitoring of current processes, but also a comparison with processes that have already been completed.
The Systec Connect DS can be run on all current systems, without restrictions due to operating system, browser or other software. The system can therefore be integrated into all existing IT systems without the need for costly retrofitting. Only the firmware of the Systec HX series autoclaves (new generation) may need to be updated before Systec Connect DS can be used to its full extent.
Systec Connect DS only requires an Ethernet or W-LAN connection between the operating network and the monitoring autoclaves. This means that your data is kept on the internal network at all times - Systec Connect DS does not need to access external networks and therefore poses no additional IT risk.
Furthermore, Systec Connect DS is only designed to monitor processes - it can monitor the status of autoclaves, but cannot send any commands to the devices or modify existing data. Manipulation attempts, unintentional process modifications or other risks are therefore completely excluded.
In order to allow only certain employees to view the device and its history via Systec Connect DS, the user must always be identified. The user account of the respective employee configured on the autoclave is used for this purpose.
Systec Connect DS offers a comprehensive insight into all current or past autoclaving processes - for even more efficient process flows. This makes it the ideal solution for companies with more than one autoclave in order to make the most profitable use of working time.
