Following the completion of the first conversion phase at the Osnabrück site, the final inspection department has now moved into its completely renovated premises. For this purpose, the old shipping department premises were redesigned so that they can be optimally used for the final inspection work. To achieve this, a great deal of conversion work was necessary. For example, the necessary electricity, water and drainage pipes had to be laid in the floor. In addition, partition walls were erected to divide the space and the lighting was renewed.
The new layout has created a total of six spacious test stations on which twelve autoclaves can be tested in parallel. Each test station is equipped with two lifting platforms, allowing the tester to raise the autoclave to working height. The necessary power and water connections as well as the measuring fittings are conveniently located behind each platform. A standing desk with PC has been installed at each station for the documentation of the test.
In addition, a seventh test station has been set up especially for Systec 's largest autoclave. An autoclave with a chamber length of up to 2 m can be tested here. In addition, two further workstations for the electrical wiring of the autoclaves and four workstations for electrical preparation have been set up in this area. This is where electrical components such as cable harnesses and e-boxes are prefabricated for the autoclaves.
